We are a startup company that offers full video production service and advertisement solutions for small businesses and individuals. Since there is a growing demand for high-quality videos in advertising and entertainment media, Magic Haus Films provides excellent audiovisual material and unique content that creates beautiful memories, stands out from competition and delivers great results. We love working with local and international businesses, organizations and artists. Supporting their talent with powerful video is our goal.
We are looking for somebody that will oversee Social Media campaigns which include, but are not limited to: research, campaign and content creation, execution, monitoring and reporting. The candidate will be the heart of the social marketing campaigns of the company, will help the company's brand grow and will work on creating a fan a base. Knowledge of some SEO best practices is also helpful, but not a requirement.
We want to work with an intern that has experience working in the social media marketing space. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground! The intern will also be responsible for gathering information on the entertainment industry, local businesses' needs and researching positive stories about marketing and film.
On a regular day, the intern will be at the production company's office creating campaigns or content for social media campaigns for Magic Haus Films or its clients. The creation of social media content is not limited, it will include the design of graphics, gifs, short videos, informational posts, tweets, blog posts, Instagram posts and more. Company's positive interaction with followers will also be required. During film shoot days, the intern will be documenting behind the scenes material of the film productions and blogging about it when necessary.
Magic Haus Films' has a very casual work environment. Don't expect to be sitting in a corporate office but rather in a creative and inspiring space. This is a small company seeking to grow, and the interns will be protagonists of its growing.
-Be a current student on a degree in arts/media/communications /marketing/graphic design or related fields.
-Have at least 1 year of social media marketing experience.
-Have experience including but not limited to Facebook, LinkedIn, Google+, Google Communities, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, Vimeo and more.
-Have knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
-Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter.
-The ability to blog about social media, film, customer's products, and entertainment news.
-Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
-Strategic content creation and excellent writing skills.
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
-Exceptional time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities.
Required: Mac OS, Photoshop, Social Media Advertising, Blog Management, Google Apps, Hootsuite
Preferred: Video Editing, Tech Savy, SEO, Intellectual Property. Having film skills is a plus!

This is a non-paid internship that will require the work of 20 hours a week, which can be accommodated flexibly according to the student's schedule. The total internship hours are 120. College credit can be worked out upon School's approval of internship. An internship certificate will be granted upon completion.
